National Home Buyers USA is a nationwide real estate wholesale and investment company established in 2015. We purchase residential and commercial properties directly from sellers, frequently in as-is condition, and facilitate connections between sellers and our investor network. Our operations span all U.S. markets and include diverse transaction structures such as cash acquisitions, subject-to financing, customized offer agreements, and owner finance options.
Section 03: Use of Website
You agree to use this Site in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Submitting your information creates no binding obligation for either party to make or accept any offer. All offers are subject to property inspection, title review, and other due diligence at our discretion. We do not guarantee any specific offer amount, closing timeline, or particular outcome. Results vary based on property condition, market conditions, and individual seller circumstances.

If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
